At Fashion-seo.com, we carefully inspect every item and provide detailed pre‑shipment photos and videos so you know exactly what you are receiving. Because of this, our return and exchange policy is strict. Please read the conditions below carefully before placing your order.
1. General Conditions & Time Limit

If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of the date you receive the parcel.

After 3 days, we cannot verify whether the problem was caused during our handling or after receipt, so we will not accept return or exchange requests.

All items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and protective films intact.
2. When We Accept Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Item)
You may request an exchange in the following situations:

The product you received is not the same as shown in the photos or pre‑shipment video, or

The item has a defect, broken part, or obvious damage upon arrival.
Conditions:

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue, including the damaged area and the full item.

For bags, do not remove the plastic handle protector. Once removed, we will consider the bag as used and not eligible for exchange.

We only provide exchanges for the same model, same color, and same size. No change to a different color, size, or design.
Notice: We will not accept any exchange or return claim without photo/video proof of the damage or defect.
3. Cases Where We Do NOT Accept Returns/Exchanges/Discounts
We do not accept returns, exchanges, discounts, or partial refunds for the following reasons:

You simply do not like the design of the clothes/watches.

You chose the wrong size.

You do not like the color.
-
You do not like the hardware tone or minor color tone differences.
Reason for this rule:
Many customers would otherwise order just to “try on” sizes, colors, and strap lengths, then return or swap freely. This is not sustainable for our business. We strongly encourage every customer to double‑check size, color, and details before submitting the order.
Even if there is a defect, we only exchange for the same item (same color and size). This fixed rule helps prevent customers from using defects as a way to change to a different design.
4. Change of Mind – Restocking Fees (Order Cancellations/Returns)
If there is no quality issue and you simply change your mind, we can accept a return or exchange under strict conditions:

The product must be in intact, unopened, and unused packaging.

You must pay the return shipping fee.

You must pay a restocking fee per item:

Orders under USD 500: restocking fee USD 50

Orders USD 500 and above: restocking fee USD 100

This applies to:

Requests to cancel the order after shipment, or

Returns because you are no longer interested in the item (even without a specific reason).
If you prefer to exchange instead of refund, you will also need to pay the reshipping fee for the new parcel.
5. Wrong Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and we have already shipped your order:

If the package is returned to us and you want us to resend it, you must pay the reship fee.

If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, you will be charged the applicable restocking fee as described above.
Please double‑check your shipping address before confirming your order.
6. Exchange Due to Loss of Interest (No Specific Reason)
If you are no longer interested in the item for any reason and want an exchange (instead of a refund):

This is possible, but you must pay the reshipping fee for the new item.

Once you approve the pre‑shipment photos/videos:

Your order is considered final and binding.

No returns or exchanges are permitted after approval, except where required by local law.

You are responsible for ensuring the product meets your expectations before giving approval.

8. Return Shipping, Customs & Packaging Responsibility

For any return or exchange, the shipping cost to send the parcel back to us is at your expense.

If there are import taxes, customs duties, or fees for returning the parcel to us, you are fully responsible for paying them.

We are not responsible for customs seizing or rejecting returned parcels.
